From Warehouse to Retail Shelf
Here’s how URStore manages your offline channel distribution efficiently and transparently:

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Check-In
Goods are delivered to our Shah Alam or Singapore facility, where we verify quantities, inspect packaging, and scan SKUs into our cloud-based WMS. Products are stored according to category, shelf life, or customer-specific requirements.

Order Creation & Buyer Coordination
Retail orders are triggered based on restock schedules or POs from chain retailers. Our team liaises directly with purchasing departments to confirm volume, delivery windows, and packaging requirements.

Carton-Level Picking & Packing
Products are picked according to store-level demand. Cartons are packed following each retail chain’s SOP — including barcode placement, invoice inserts, or shrink-wrapping if required.

Shipping & Delivery to Stores/DCs
Using our in-house delivery fleet or third-party logistics partners, we deliver orders to retail distribution centers or individual outlets. All shipments are tracked and timestamped, with Proof of Delivery (POD) uploaded to your WMS dashboard.

Inventory Sync & Performance Reporting
Stock levels across online and offline channels are synced in real-time. You’ll receive detailed reports on order fulfilment, delivery timing, and stock health — enabling smarter replenishment planning.
